We can offer lower prices online because our fully automated online ordering system enables us to ship items to you with extreme efficiency. These savings are passed on to you! Back to the top Is shopping online with you safe and secure? Yes. We want your online shopping experience to be worry free. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. With us, all of your personal information -- including your credit card number -- is encrypted by SSL. Back to the top How does the Shopping Cart work? The Shopping Cart holds everything you wish to order -- and you can order as many items as you like. To view the items you have added to your cart simply click on "View Cart" button. Back to the top How does your layaway plan work? Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months. The items are shipped when paid in full. Please note: Layaway plan applies to items over $50.00. Layaway payments are not refundable but can be applied to future purchases. Back to the top How do I make changes to my Shopping Cart? To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Cart, click on "View Cart" button in the Directory, located under the "Home Page" button. You will see all the items in your cart. The quantity box now shows "1". To change it, place your cursor in the quantity box and type the desired number; click "Update". This will automatically update your Shopping Cart to reflect the changes you made. Back to the top Must I buy every item I put in my Shopping Cart? No. Placing items in your Shopping Cart does not obligate you to buy them. To remove one or more items from your Shopping Cart, click on "View Cart" button in the Directory, located under the "Home Page" button. Place your cursor in the quantity box and set it to "0"; click "Update". This will automatically remove the item from your Shopping Cart. Back to the top How do I complete my order? When you are finished shopping, click on "View Cart" button. You will see the items you have selected. Click "Place Secure Order". Here you will choose a shipping method and enter your personal information. Next, click "Continue Checkout". Here, you will have the opportunity to review and print your order, if you wish.
